**Terms and Conditions for Full Package Classes **

 

These classes are intended for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.

2. Payment- Payment ($1200) must be received in advance to secure your spot for the class. After payment has been received, a confirmation email will be sent.

 

3.  Refund & Cancellation Policy No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

 

4. Confidentiality & Recording Classes are private and intended solely for the paid participant. Recording or redistribution of the session content without written consent is prohibited. We respect client confidentiality and do not share personal information.

 

5. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability Trading and investing involve risks, including potential loss of capital. We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from actions taken based on coaching discussions. By participating in a investing or trading class, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

 

6. Agreement to Terms By booking a class, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
